For many years Teambuilding Australia has been exceeding customer expectations by providing fantastic, memorable events and invaluable team building support.
Founded in 2004 by Guy Moxley, Team Building Australia was formed to create a unique company to offer team development, conferences, and team building events. Years later we have grown and developed into a thriving, exciting, and dynamic company that provides team building services all over Australia and New Zealand.

Our Team

We have an incredibly talented team who work extremely hard to plan, manage, and execute team building events while running day-to-day operations. Our work has been delivered to the Private Sector, the Public Sector and to individuals who want to develop their leadership and team building skills in order to become better at what they do.
We don't rest too much on our laurels either. As the world changes and team building training requirements evolve, so does our work. Professional Personal Development is re-designed each and every day to meet the needs of all the individuals who take part on a teambuilding Australia program.

Program Design

In consultation with the client, we aim to develop a program that targets your needs and fits your agenda, goals, and budget. Flexibility, individuality, and creativity are important parts of our program design.

We have created and designed many programs to meet the unique requirements of our clients, and follow a defined program design to ensure maximum results and satisfaction.

Program Design Phases Include:

• Pre program consultation and assessment to gather information about your goals and objectives.
• Scope design with consideration to location, time factors and attributes of delegates.
• Create a program idea and co-ordinate to meet your group requirements.
• Deliver the program at your chosen location
• Post program evaluation and review to determine the outcomes and achievement of goals

Fee Structure

All events take into consideration pre-planning, pre-work designs and logistical support. Fees are calculated in consultation with client requirements, and are fully inclusive of preparation, planning, professional indemnity, pre-course meetings, as well as full delivery of the program.
The fee we quote is the fee you will pay – no more, and no less.
