LOST - Team synergy game

Individuals vs team power? Who's the greater? All is revealed in LOST

A brilliant exercise that dramatically proves the power of teamwork. 1 hour – an indoor simulation game based on a group of individuals that are lost in a location, each person has to choose, in ranking, the most important item to them in that situation. Then we put the individuals into teams and then the task changes to applying the same principle of ranking items, but now as a team. Following the experts score – we see what teams performed greater as a team, rather than individuals.

This activity powerfully demonstrates how teams outperform individuals and what conditions are needed to make this occur. It is high energy and done in a fun learning environment.

Outcome driven leadership session

Teambuilding Australia?s own Action Forum program, facilitated the group through a series of issues to create solutions that can be implemented. Ideal for any group as everyone contributes their own ideas to the issue by adding post it notes onto the sheet with the appropriate question. Everyone gets the opportunity to contribute to the process.

Identified parties, team, and department take one sheet and works through ideas. Then each sheet, a team culls or groups the suggestions together ? thus narrowing down the points.

Its fast and furious, powerful and creative in getting results ? why should brainstorming take so long, in just over one hour you have a result and ownership of the solution!

Your group are one team with the aim to complete the task of establishing the communication Dish before time ends. Our staff skill and train your group in the skills required to succeed. Popular inclusions are 4wd's, rock climbing, compass search, GPS, mountain craft, bikes and boats.

This competitive team session is held indoors at a conference or workplace, perfect as an ice-breaker or during the 'Dead Zone' - that pm time after all the powerpoints. WITHIN SECONDS YOUR entire conference group is abuzz and re-energized by this fun, pulsating activity.
Teams play a game on giant score matt's, were through progressive 2 minute rounds they skill fully throw bags into a score zone. The rounds progress, with teams charting their performance, as they start getting good, the bar is raised to see has what it takes to go to great!

Operation Enigma

Operation Enigma! is a large-scale challenge that combines the best elements of outdoor experiential into one great adventure. It is totally customised to fit the needs of your group. This program has just about everything, 4WD, abseiling, boat building, navigation, mountain bike riding and much more. Ideally run over an evening and the next day, the activity is self driven, facilitated on safety and de-brief, but once the program is initiated, its up to your group to deliver.

A pre-briefing kicks off late pm, followed by a night navigation where teams need to pull together and realize its a ONE team task, though many missions are required, the teams will need to allocate a process, communication system, quality control and leadership. Over a period of time, the team needs to locate 62 pieces of metal to re-create a radio tower. As with Enigma, codes need to be broken, solved and actioned

Perfect for small teams 8 pax to 45 pax, 1 day or multi days, any location.
