LOST - Team synergy game
Move your delegates thinking about teaming in 45 mins!
A brilliant exercise that dramatically proves the power of teamwork. 1 hour – an indoor simulation game based on a group of individuals that are lost in a location, each person has to choose, in ranking, the most important item to them in that situation.
Then we put the individuals into teams and then the task changes to applying the same principle of ranking items, but now as a team. Following the experts score – we see what teams performed greater as a team, rather than individuals.
This activity powerfully demonstrates how teams outperform individuals and what conditions are needed to make this occur. It is high energy and done in a fun learning environment.
